MAIN INGREDIENTS
1/2 Kg basmati rice
1 pieces cardamom
1 cinnamon stick
3 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
SPICED CHICKEN:
1/2 Kg chicken

3 teaspoon Red chilli Powder
2 tablespoon ginger garlic past
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon Gram masla powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 Onion
2 Tomota
3 Green Chilli
1 Tbs Coriander & Mint Leaves
1 pinch yellow food colou
1 Lemon juice

Step 1
Add all the ingredients for the spiced chicken and mix well.
Step 2
marinade for 1-2 hours.
Step 3
Add all the ingredients for the rice in a pot and simmer over high heat covered.
Step 4
Once it starts boiling, turn the heat down to a simmer until the rice is tender and cooked.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 230ْC and roast the chicken pieces on a roasting rack for about 15-20 minutes until nicely browned.
Step 6
Divide the chicken with the biryani rice and serve immediately.
